Pan Roasted Sprouts with Sriracha
Pan seared sprouts with vegan feta, pomegranate and sriracha mayo.

Ingredients:
Sprouts cut in half x 200g
Pine nuts x 20g
Pomegranate seeds x 50g
Vegan feta cheese x 100g
Fresh Coriander x handful
Olive oil x 2 x Tbsp
Sea salt x pinch
Only plant based Sriracha mayo
Method:
With a large heavy based frying pan on a med heat add a TBSP oil then add the halved sprouts and pan fry until tender add the pine nuts and lightly toast.
Place in your serving dish sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds add feta cheese and garnish with OPB Sriracha mayo garnish with Coriander
