Shredded Sprouts with dried cranberry salad and OPB Ranch Dressing
Seasonal sprout salad with a salty and savoury twist and finished with OPB Ranch Dressing!

Ingredients:
Sprouts x 200g
Dried cranberries x 50g
Toasted Pine nuts x 20g
Toasted Almonds x 20g
Sun Blushed tomatoes x 50g
Raisins x 30g
Pomegranate x 15g
Chives x small bunch
Only Plant Based Ranch Dressing
Method:
With a sharp knife chop the sprouts and sun blushed tomatoes,
Place in a large mixing bowl and add all the other ingredients. (hold back some pomegranate seeds and chives for garnish.
Add a little ranch dressing and mix well then place into the serving dish, top with the extra pomegranate seeds and chives and finish with the Ranch Dressing.
