Panko Crumbed Courgettes

Ingredients:
2 x Courgettes cut into battons
150g Panko breadcrumbs
100g Flour
Soy milk
Pinch Sea salt
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Parsley
Method:
Dip the batons into seasoned flour then soy milk. Finely roll in the breadcrumb and spice mixture, making sure to get an even coating.
Deep fry for 3-4 mins or until golden brown. Place onto kitchen towel to remove any excess oil And serve with your favourite dip.
